Okay now for the technical important stuff!
I have used a slider hack of x4 so if you try to edit her face she will pop back to normal.
I have also used sliders for the septum by #aWT.
There are two options here, you can download her with all the CC on her (minus CC clothes and hair), which would work best if you have everything in your game already, or the base game version has her packed with no CC and then you can add stuff yourself. In any case here are the things that I use in her photos to make her look the way she does:
